AI Back-end Engineer

• Consultant or Senior-level experience (L5+ preferred)
• Strong ability to work with ambiguity and incomplete requirements
• A consulting mindset: you don’t just wait for tickets — you help define the solution
• Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with stakeholders
• Advanced spoken and written English
• Availability for meaningful overlap with US Eastern Time

Funciones

• Python — production-level backend development, orchestration, and business logic
• Multi-agent AI — hands-on experience with Pydantic AI, LangChain, CrewAI, or similar frameworks
• RAG — retrieval pipelines, embeddings, vector search, chunking, and ideally code-aware retrieval
• Azure — Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and Azure-hosted compute
• APIs — integrating AI backends with .NET/React applications
• AI observability — Pydantic Logfire or similar tools for tracing and monitoring agent behavior
• AI-assisted development — experience with Cursor or similar tools
• Static analysis / codebase parsing — a strong plus for AI systems that reason over large codebases

Deseable

• AWS experience with services such as Bedrock, Lambda, Textract, or Comprehend
• Manufacturing, construction, ERP, or other complex enterprise-domain experience
• Experience building AI products in customer-facing environments
