• A strong portfolio showing video editing, social content, writing, and design.
• Practical experience publishing social content and managing a content calendar.
• Direct experience inside both Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including campaign optimization and retargeting.
• The ability to explain campaign results and recommend changes based on data, not just report clicks and impressions.
• Excellent written English and the ability to write for two distinct audiences and brand voices.
• Sound marketing judgment, reliable project ownership, and the ability to work independently.
• Availability during the US Eastern Time workday for meetings, approvals, launches, and time-sensitive changes.

Funciones

• Edit long-form videos for YouTube and turn source material into compelling Reels and Shorts.
• Create titles, thumbnails, descriptions, captions, scripts, graphics, carousels, and other marketing assets.
• Manage the content calendar; prepare, schedule, and publish across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Run Meta and Google Ads hands-on, including campaign setup, budgets, creative and copy, audience or keyword selection, testing, and ongoing optimization.
• Set up and manage retargeting campaigns where appropriate. Review paid campaign results and recommend specific changes to improve lead quality and cost per lead.
• Repurpose strong content into emails, blog posts, lead magnets, landing-page copy, and calls to action.
• Publish real estate listing marketing on the day a listing goes live.
• Track content and campaign performance, explain what is working, and use the results to improve the next round of work.
• Use AI and modern creative tools thoughtfully to improve speed and quality.
