- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues impacting internal and external users of the CPQ ecosystem.
- Perform root cause analysis and identify sustainable solutions to system and process-related problems.
- Support and maintain product configuration, pricing, and quoting systems, with a primary focus on the Tacton CPQ platform.
- Manage data updates, maintenance activities, and system configurations while ensuring data integrity and quality.
- Understand and support the interaction between databases, CPQ platforms, and surrounding business systems.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to address operational and technical challenges.
- Support ongoing system improvements and process optimization initiatives.
- Create and maintain reports, analytics, and data validations as needed.
