- Senior-level professional with 5+ years of experience in email marketing, campaign execution, analytics, and automation.
- C1 English level or higher
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, segmentation, automated journeys, lifecycle marketing, and high-volume campaign execution.
- Strong knowledge of email deliverability, sender and domain reputation, bounce management, suppression, list hygiene, authentication, and inbox placement.
- Strong analytical skills, including campaign performance analysis, customer behavior analysis, conversion tracking, retention, and revenue attribution.
- Experience designing and evaluating A/B tests across content, creative, timing, segmentation, cadence, or subject lines.
- Strong written communication skills and experience developing email copy, calls to action, personalization, and campaign messaging.
- Working knowledge of digital design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
- Working knowledge of AI and LLM tools for campaign development, analysis, research, and workflow acceleration.
- Hands-on experience with Email Automation, Customer Segmentation, Email Analytics, A/B Testing, ActiveCampaign, SendGrid, Google Analytics, Email Copywriting, AI/LLM Tools.

Funciones
- Own end-to-end email campaign execution, including audience selection, setup, scheduling, testing, deployment, quality control, and post-send analysis.
- Build and refine customer segments using behavioral, lifecycle, engagement, demographic, and other available data.
- Develop, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automated journeys, including trigger logic, eligibility, timing, suppression rules, and exit criteria.
- Analyze delivery, bounce, open, click, unsubscribe, complaint, registration, conversion, retention, and revenue metrics. Identify why performance changes and recommend specific actions.
- Proactively identify high-value audiences and opportunities, recommending targeting, timing, messaging, and segment-specific strategies.
- Monitor deliverability, domain and sender reputation, IP health, inbox placement, authentication, spam signals, bounce patterns, suppression, list hygiene, and sending behavior.
- Maintain rigorous pre-send controls for exclusions, links, tracking, personalization, creative, configuration, and send volume.
- Develop and optimize subject lines, preheaders, calls to action, email copy, layouts, and campaign graphics.
- Design and evaluate A/B tests, apply findings to future campaigns, and continuously improve workflows and campaign performance.
- Develop reporting that connects email activity with audience behavior, conversion, retention, revenue, deliverability health, and recommended actions.
- Collaborate with marketing, data, product, design, and technical teams to improve data quality, tracking, creative, automation, and execution.
