Gohighlevel CRM & Automation Specialist

• Native or near-native English (C1+). You’ll talk daily with our US team and explain technical problems clearly, both written and spoken.
• 3+ years of hands-on, daily GoHighLevel work: workflows, triggers, custom fields, snapshots, webhooks
• Experience embedding forms and passing data from websites into GHL
• Working knowledge of GTM, GA4 and UTM tracking
• A careful, zero-error QA habit: you test everything before it goes live
• Reliable internet and full availability 8–5 CST

Funciones

Build, test and fix multi-step GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines and automations (lead nurturing, instant response, SMS/email sequences, onboarding)

Manage sub-accounts, snapshots, tags, custom fields and custom values, and keep contact lists and pipelines clean

Build and embed GHL forms and landing pages, with UTMs and hidden fields passing into the CRM correctly

Connect lead sources and tools with webhooks, native integrations and Zapier/Make

Set up and test GTM, GA4 and Meta Pixel / Conversions API tracking

Make basic website updates (WordPress or GHL page builder), and quickly fix broken forms or lead routing

Deseable

• GoHighLevel certification (if you don’t have it, we’ll pay for it)
• Meta Conversions API experience (we can train you)
• Canva, Photoshop or Figma for small landing page edits
• Construction or home services marketing experience

Beneficios

• Pay: $10–12 USD/hour (about $1,700–2,080/month), based on your skills test
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST
• Location: Remote, open to candidates living in Latin America
• Benefits: Paid PTO ([16] days/year), paid US holidays, steady pay in USD, and a raise review at 90 days
