• Organized: you follow SOPs, and you write them when they don't exist

Meta Ads

• Launch new client campaigns (lead forms, landing pages, messaging)
• Monitor and optimize daily: CPL, cost per booked appointment, frequency, creative fatigue
• Work with our editor to refresh creatives and copy based on performance
• Set up and troubleshoot Pixel, Conversions API, and event tracking
• Manage Business Manager structure, ad accounts, and permissions

GoHighLevel

• Build client sub-accounts from our snapshots
• Build and fix workflows: lead nurture (SMS/email/WhatsApp), appointment reminders, review requests, reactivation
• Set up pipelines, calendars, forms, and lead-form integrations
• Handle A2P 10DLC registration and phone number setup
• Build and edit landing pages and funnels in GHL

Deseable

• Google Ads (Search / Local Services)
• Zapier, n8n, or Make
• WordPress / Elementor
• AI voice or chat agents in GHL
• Agency experience with home-service or local businesses
