- Strong technical SEO fundamentals: site architecture, indexing, structured data, Core Web Vitals
- Experience with programmatic SEO or content at scale
- Real AI-search work you can show us: content that earned citations, experiments you ran, visibility you moved
- Fluent with the standard stack: Semrush or Ahrefs, Search Console, GA4 or Amplitude, WordPress
